Introduction

Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Operations Officer II to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period: 12 months with Potential to extend or convert

Pay Rate: $26 per hour

Location: Toronto, ON

Location Type: Hybrid

Business Hours: Monday – Friday; 10 AM to 6:30 PM, or 8:30 AM to 5 PM

Job Responsibilities:

- Helping the wealth LOB with cash in and cash out requests.

- Processing requests on various applications.

- High volume processing transactions.

- SLA based.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

- University Graduate degree required.

- 2-4 years of banking/financial experience.

- Customer service experience.

- Microsoft 365 proficiency- Outlook, Word and Excel.

- Experience with excel spreadsheet management.

- Good communication skills- written and verbal.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.
