We are seeking a skilled Operations Officer III to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Title : Operations Officer III

Contract Period: 12 months with potential to convert or extend

Pay Rate: $29.35 per hour

Location: Edmonton, AB

Location Type: Hybrid

Business Hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (7, 8,9,10 start times)

Job Responsibilities:

- Managing daily volumes and meeting service timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Sound judgment and appropriate escalation of issues.
- Adherence to policies, procedures, and risk controls.
- Transparent communication with several partners and team members.
- Attendance and reliability.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree required.
- 3-5 years of credit and banking experience required.
- Data entry experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic MS Office skills.
- Bilingual experience.
