Boardwalk seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician with two years of maintenance service experience. This position emphasizes performing emergency on-call duties, conducting preventative inspections, and maintaining vacant suites. Successful candidates will troubleshoot issues effectively while ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address maintenance requests within 72 hours
• Perform emergency maintenance as required
• Conduct maintenance of vacant suites and common areas
• Coordinate inspections with the Customer Care Team
• Assist with snow removal and other assigned tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum two years maintenance service experience
• Three years renovation experience considered an asset
• Solid customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment
