Role Description This full-time hybrid Operations Team Member role is based in Mississauga, ON, with a mix of onsite work and some work-from-home flexibility.

The Operations Team

Member supports day-to-day cargo operations, including coordinating shipments, monitoring flight and cargo schedules, and ensuring accurate documentation and data entry for bookings and handling. The role involves liaising with internal teams, airlines, and customers to resolve operational issues, track cargo movements, and maintain up-to-date status information.

Responsibilities include assisting with load planning, preparing reports, following standard operating procedures, and supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Member is expected to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintain high attention to detail, and contribute to a safe and compliant operational setup.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and support problem-solving and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams,



airline partners, and customers, and to convey information clearly in writing and verbally.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support cargo space utilization, assist with pricing or quotations, and contribute to customer relationship management when needed.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to handle daily cargo workflows, coordinate shipments, and ensure adherence to procedures and service standards.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to support small operational initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate resources for continuous improvement efforts.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in air cargo or logistics, familiarity with cargo management systems, proficiency with MS Office tools (especially Excel), and solid organizational and time-management abilities.
- Post-secondary education in logistics, business, aviation, or a related field is an asset, as is the ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse team.
