You Are A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more.

You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work

- Identify business requirements and align them to Oracle Cloud/Fusion Project Portfolio Management functionality.

- Configure the Cloud/Fusion PPM and Cloud Assets Applications based on client requirements, including Contracts, Costing, Control, Billing, Project & Task Management and, Capital Assets and Reporting.

- Provide functional application leadership and guidance to client regarding “best practices” and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation. Work with client to develop business solution designs to ensure that business requirements are met.





- Provide thought leadership around industry best practices for improving operation efficiencies and profitability of client business., preferably in Gas and oil

- Assist in documenting and performing application set ups for test instances. Thoroughly review application set up and configuration with the appropriate client lead to obtain sign off. Raise issues and work resolutions as they come up to ensure adherence to the project schedule.

Work with the respective client functional lead to ensure knowledge transfer. Participate with the respective client functional lead throughout system testing. Provide guidance to the respective client functional lead in the preparation of training materials and class agendas

- Project Support: Support project team for successful delivery of the client’s business requirements through all phases of the implementation. Lead weekly project status meetings for assigned team and actively participate in project’s weekly status, and/or, issues meetings.

- Staff Support: Acts as mentor for the professional growth of project team personnel, and will provide guidance and support to strengthen skills of all project team members assigned to the projects they manage.

- Leadership: Encourage teamwork and positive working relationships within the project team for all consultants and client members.

The Business Analyst role is an entry level role where you would be immediately exposed to being the frontline change agent for our clients. You are the primary source of reliable data and rock-solid analysis, providing the fact base the improvement team uses to make decisions in real time.

Responsibilities include

- Assisting with the delivery of measurable improvements and in the implementation of processes and systems that will sustain ongoing improvements, especially by supporting prioritization and problem-solving

- To work closely with other team members and client team members to collect/analyze data and provide insights

- At times, the business analyst may be given the opportunity to take on front-line coaching roles, especially with client analysts, to broaden their management experience

Qualifications

- Experience with the business processes across all Oracle Cloud/Fusion Project Portfolio Managements modules to include Contracts, Costing, Control, Billing, Project & Task Management and Reporting.

- Experience with the business processes across all Oracle Cloud/F Partners in Performance - Performance Strategy Business Analyst

Basic Qualifications

- Undergraduate/ postgraduate degree

- 1+ year of work experience

- Graduation from a top-tier university, with excellent results (distinction average)

Preferred Qualifications

- Relevant work experience/internships in blue chip consulting or industrial companies is highly valued

- Degrees in Engineering, Business Commerce, Environmental Science and more

- Natural resources industry and/or operations consulting experience

- Experience on mining, heavy industry, or construction sites

- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, with on-site travel comprising approximately 80% of the role

- Excellent problem-solving skills, including analytics

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including ability to coach, influence, and build trust with peers and clients

- Demonstrated passion for results

- Must be fluent in English

- Robust communication skills, including ability to respond clearly to hard questions under pressure and to use visual tools when communicating insights

- Above average knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel (Power BI advantageous)
