Order Desk Support – STONEarch & Porcea Stone

About Us

STONEarch & Porcea Stone are leading distributors of premium natural stone and outdoor porcelain products, serving dealers, contractors, architects, landscape professionals, and customers across North America.

We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Desk Support team member.

What You’ll Do

- Process and enter customer orders accurately
- Review orders, quantities, pricing, and product details
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, operations, and logistics teams
- Track orders and follow up on outstanding items
- Maintain accurate information in internal systems
- Identify and resolve order discrepancies
- Assist with customer and internal inquiries
- Support process improvements and other operational tasks

What We’re Looking For

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good technical and computer skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities




- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Previous order desk, sales support, administration, or operations experience is an asset
- Microsoft Dynamics / ERP experience is an asset
