Position: Order Picker

Reports to: Foreman – Shipping Department

Takes direction from: Shipping Department Foreman, Lead Hand, Plant Manager

General

- Follow the General Safety Rules and comply with the Ontario Health & Safety Act
- Follow the Employee Safe Food Handling Manual.
- Wear all Personal Protective Equipment as provided by the company.
- Attend training and other meetings as required.
- Use appropriate lifting techniques.

:

- Selects cases of product from skids in warehouse & places them on walkie truck as per customer order
- Ability to lift up to 30 kgs.
- Ability to use RF scanner
- Ability to use walkie truck
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail
- Able follow instruction & be able to work with minimal supervision
- Must be literate
- Must posses good organizational skills
- Valuable attendance mandatory
- Other warehouse duties as assigned
