Orthologie Orthodontics is seeking a friendly Orthodontic CDA who is ready to step into a Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator role!

As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in leading new patient consultations through patient education and building rapport, confidence, and trust to help new patients decide to start their orthodontic journey at our office. We're looking for someone with previous experience working as an Orthodontic CDA that wants to move into a Treatment Coordinator role, and has exceptional communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and a knack for building rapport.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience working as an Orthodontic CDA
- Strong sales background with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets is preferred but not required




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to speak Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy office setting
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
- Pays close attention to detail and is organized
- Passion for helping others achieve their goals and improve their confidence through orthodontic treatment
- Able to work full time, Monday to Friday. Shifts are typically between 8:45am-5:45pm.
- Able to work at both our Vancouver and Richmond office locations. Vancouver Address is 555 W 12th Ave #4 (in City Square Shopping Centre). Richmond address is 5951 No. 3 Road #320.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for new patients at the office
- Lead current patient consultations and secure the confidence and trust for new patients deciding to start their orthodontic journey at our office.
- Confidently present and educate patients with the treatment options that the doctor has recommended
- Discuss financing and payment options for treatment
- Manage communication with new patients over the phone, text message, or video call (ie. Google Meet)




- Follow up with patients after the consultation to answer questions and secure commitment to starting orthodontic treatment at our office.
- Prepare letters and reports to send to the patient and to other dental offices
- Use our dental practice software to write notes, book appointments, create financial contracts, collect payments, and run reports
- Record welcome videos to send to new patients to welcome them to our office
- Record videos for office social media (ie. instagram stories describing treatment options or special promotions / giveaways)
- Discuss treatment options with patients over video call for virtual consultations
- Motivated to gain clinical knowledge to understand what’s involved with patients’ treatments
