Orthodontic Records Technician

What Your Day Looks Like

As our Records Technician, you're often the first clinical face a new patient sees — you set the tone for their whole SmileZone experience.

- Welcome patients warmly and put them at ease during records appointments
- Take orthodontic photos, x-rays, and iTero 3D scans (we'll teach you how)
- Upload and organize records in patient files with care and accuracy
- Keep the clinical team in the loop on records and patient readiness
- Help records appointments run smoothly and on time

- $18.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience — with a review after your training period
