Xceed Supply Ltd. is seeking an aggressive, driven, and highly motivated Outside Sales professional to join our growing team in Red Deer, AB.

This is not a passive customer service position. We are looking for a confident, competitive sales professional who is hungry for new business, comfortable making calls, visiting customers, developing relationships, and closing deals. The successful candidate will also support customer service and delivery operations throughout Central Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:

- Aggressively pursue current business and revenue opportunities within the upstream and midstream oil and gas industry.
- Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Cold call, prospect, follow up, and actively seek new customers and accounts.
- Identify customer needs, recommend solutions, negotiate, and close sales.
- Deliver pipe, fittings, valves, and other materials to client locations as required.
- Work with internal teams to coordinate orders, inventory, and deliveries.




- Resolve customer concerns quickly while protecting and growing the customer relationship.
- Represent Xceed Supply Ltd. professionally and confidently in the field.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of proven outside sales experience is REQUIRED.
- Must be aggressive, competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Proven track record of generating new business and closing sales.
- Strong knowledge of the upstream/midstream oil and gas industry.
- Oilfield supply, pipe, fittings, or valve experience is required.
- Strong personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel throughout Central Alberta.
- Comfortable working independently and being accountable for results.
