Job Summary

Our small team is looking for an Overnight Baker / Production to help grow our bagel empire.

This role is great for individuals eager to work overnight hours (2am-8-9am), ensuring our bagels are fresh, beautifully crafted, and ready for the day ahead.

You will be responsible for baking bagels, rolling bagels, and organizing supplies to be sent to our seven locations. If you love baking/dough, this is your chance to join a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of bagels and roll bagel dough for upcoming days. Listen to your favourite music/podcast once you get the hang of it. You will always be with a co-worker for baking shifts.
- Prepare cream cheeses and other supplies needed for cafes we have partnered with.
- Follow food safety protocols diligently during food handling, preparation, and packaging processes
- Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens efficiently and safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area to uphold hygiene standards
- Package baked goods securely for delivery

Experience

- Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant,



or food industry setting preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food preparation methods essential
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety standards necessary
- Strong kitchen experience including operation of commercial baking equipment preferred
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with your team members.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
