Position Summary

UTG – a trusted service provider supporting Enercare Home Services, is seeking an Overnight Warehouse Coordinator to join our Woodbridge team. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support warehouse operations through inventory control, cycle counts, material staging, and warehouse coordination. This role combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on warehouse support to ensure inventory accuracy, maintain an organized warehouse, and prepare materials and equipment for same-day installations.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control & Cycle Counts

- Perform daily and weekly cycle counts
- Reconcile physical inventory against system records
- Identify discrepancies and work with management to resolve inventory issues
- Maintain organized inventory locations and proper stock rotation practices
- Support daily, monthly, and annual inventory counts

Warehouse Administration

- Maintain inventory logs, tracking spreadsheets, and warehouse records
- Process inventory transactions, transfers, and adjustments
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and health and safety standards

Material Staging & Operational Support

- Pick, organize, and stage equipment, materials, and parts for same-day installation requirements
- Verify staged orders against work orders and inventory requests
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing warehouse inventory as required
- Coordinate material transfers between locations and departments
- Ensure all staged materials are accurate, complete, and ready for dispatch

Qualifications

Required

- Previous experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, logistics, or a related field




- Strong data entry and administrative skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and basic reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently on an overnight schedule
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs when assisting with material staging and inventory activities, with team-based lifting support available during the morning overlap period (6:30am to 8:30am) for heavier items

Preferred

- Experience staging materials for field service or installation operations
- Experience with inventory management software and warehouse systems
- Experience using SPIRE is considered a strong asset
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory reconciliation processes
