Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain technical specifications clearly
- Upsell complementary items and promote ongoing promotions to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to ensure products are attractively presented and accessible
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction




- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere

Requirements

- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Robust communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Familiarity with technology sales, product demos, and basic math for transactions and pricing calculations
- Ability to handle cash accurately and operate POS systems confidently
- Excellent organizational skills to keep displays tidy and stock replenished
- Demonstrated time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Professional phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone or online inquiries
