We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Tinter / Matcher / Mixer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately tinting, matching, and mixing paint to meet customer and production requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for color, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with paint mixing systems in an automotive, industrial workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Mix and tint paint according to manufacturer formulas and customer specifications.

- Perform accurate color matching using computerized paint systems and manual adjustments.

- Verify color accuracy through spray-out panels and quality checks.

- Prepare paint products for customer orders and production requirements.

- Maintain inventory of paint, toners, and related materials.

- Keep the paint mixing area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of paint products.

- Maintain accurate records of paint formulas, mixes, and inventory usage.

- Assist with receiving and stocking paint and supplies.

- Work closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications





- Preferred previous experience as a Paint Tinter, Paint Matcher, Paint Mixer, or similar role.

- Knowledge of paint mixing systems and color matching techniques.

- Experience using computerized color matching equipment is an asset.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to distinguish subtle color variations.

- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Basic computer skills.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with automotive refinish, industrial paints.

- Familiarity with leading paint brands and tinting systems.
