Multi Residential Supply is looking for an experienced and reliable subcontractor painter to support our growing multi-residential renovation projects in London and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

- Prepare walls and surfaces, including patching, sanding, and minor drywall repairs
- Paint walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other interior surfaces
- Complete apartment turnovers efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
- Protect flooring, cabinets, fixtures, and occupied areas
- Keep the job site clean and organized
- Meet project deadlines and communicate regularly with the project manager

Requirements:
- Previous skilled painting experience
- Experience with apartment turnovers or multi-residential properties is preferred
- Own painting tools, equipment, and reliable transportation




- Ability to work independently and complete projects on schedule
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid liability insurance and WSIB clearance, where applicable
- Ability to provide invoices as an independent subcontractor

Compensation: Competitive subcontractor rates based on experience, project scope, and agreed pricing.
