We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Painter/Laborer to join our construction and restoration team. This role involves performing various painting tasks across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming as needed
- Apply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment on residential, commercial, or industrial sites
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various tasks including rigging and carpentry work
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout each project




- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while ensuring quality standards are met
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address project needs or concerns

Requirements

- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and client interactions
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license for site access and material transport
