Paralegal required:
Gibson Tanner Rabin LLP requires a Paralegal litigator for our growing litigation practice. We require an individual who is capable of running a portfolio of litigation matters before the Landlord Tenant Board, the Small Claims Court and other administrative bodies. .
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma or Certificate in Legal Administration or Paralegal studies.
- Licensed by the LSO as a paralegal in good standing in Ontario.
- Litigation experience before the LTB, Small Claims Court and other similar bodies.
- Robust understanding of litigation procedures and legal terminology.
- Recording time and completing some administrative tasks will be required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail required.
- A team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Full-time and in-person.
