Part-Time Accounting & Bookkeeping Specialist

Approximately 24 hours/week | Onsite | Wage Range $30-$40 per hr.

We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Accounting & Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, approximately 24 hours per week . This is a hands-on role with a variety of accounting responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping financial operations organized, accurate, and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

- Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Desktop
- Assist with general ledger and month-end accounting activities
- Prepare reports and maintain organized financial documentation
- Research and resolve discrepancies
- Provide general accounting support as needed

What We’re Looking For
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop




- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work onsite
