Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing guests with a welcoming breakfast experience, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest service, food preparation, and teamwork in a rapid-paced environment. Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality is highly valued.

Duties

- Prepare and serve breakfast items according to Marriott standards
- Set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring presentation is appealing and stocked regularly
- Assist guests with food selections, and provide exceptional guest service
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, counters, and food stations
- Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures to ensure health standards are met
- Restock supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly




- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to uphold hygiene standards

Experience

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation, and serving techniques beneficial
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Experience in hotel an asset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
