Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train up to six licensing staff • Manage licensing application processes for compliance • Analyze financial data for licensing applicants • Liaise with enforcement regarding compliance issues • Conduct interviews and assessments for temporary licenses
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree with one year of experience • Supervisory experience in customer service roles • Proven ability to interpret legislation and regulations • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with Amanda database is an asset
