About Clean Co

CleanCo Services is a growing cleaning company providing professional residential, commercial, and Airbnb/short-term rental cleaning services.

We are looking for dependable, energetic, and hardworking team members who take pride in their work. If you are motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping spaces clean and organized, we would love to hear from you!

Paid training is provided from day one.

Pay & Training

- $19/hour during the first week training period
- $21/hour starting on 2nd week
- Paid training provided
- Opportunities for additional hours based on performance and availability

What We’re Looking For
- Basic English: Able to communicate with team members and clients
- Spanish is an asset: ¡Hablamos español! Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome
- Reliable transportation: Must be comfortable traveling to different cleaning locations
- Strong work ethic: Punctual, dependable, energetic, and willing to learn
- Attention to detail: Takes pride in high standards of cleanliness and organization
- No previous experience required: Cleaning experience is an asset, but we will train the right person
- Work authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Pet-friendly: Comfortable working in homes with dogs, cats, and other pets.

Your Responsibilities As a CleanCo team member,



you may be responsible for:
- Cleaning residential homes, offices, and Airbnb/short-term rental properties
- Preparing Airbnb properties for incoming guests
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Performing deep-cleaning tasks when required
- Making beds and ensuring spaces are guest-ready
- Following cleaning checklists and company standards
- Using cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
- Arriving on time at assigned locations
- Maintaining an effective pace while delivering quality results

What CleanCo Offers
- $19/hour during training → $21/hour regular rate
