Holy Redeemer Junior-Senior High School is seeking a collaborative, dynamic, and student-focused Part time CTF/CTS Classroom Supervisor to join our team.

This position is approximately half-time, with scheduling flexibility depending on program needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with a certified teacher to plan, instruct, and execute engaging hands-on lessons within the Career and Technology Foundations (CTF) program for Grades 7–9 and the Career and Technology Studies (CTS) program for Grades 10–12. While experience across CTF/CTS strands is valued, preference will be given to candidates with training and background in Cosmetology.

- Education & Training: High School Diploma is required; post-secondary training, certificate,



or red seal/journeyperson background in Cosmetology (or another related CTF/CTS area) is strongly preferred.
- School & Youth Experience: Demonstrated experience working with students, ideally in an educational or youth training environment.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience and proficiency in cosmetology techniques, health and safety standards, and tool maintenance.
- Certifications: Standard First Aid Certificate and Occupational Health & Safety training are preferred .
- Background Check: Satisfactory Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check .
