Nubbs&Tails; is looking for a reliable, responsible and experienced dog lover to join our team on a flexible part-time basis!

With 17 years of experience in the pet industry and 8 years of serving our community, I’m looking for someone who will provide the same level of care and attention to our clients’ pets that they have come to expect from Nubbs&Tails.;

About the Position

This is a flexible, part-time position providing dog walking and pet-care services for our established client base.

Our clients book their dog walks on a week-to-week basis, with bookings for the following week generally finalized on Fridays. Because of this, the number of available walks will vary from week to week.

Your schedule will be provided once the week’s bookings have been finalized.

Responsibilities

● Provide safe and reliable dog walks and potty/let-out visits

● Follow individual client instructions

● Safely handle dogs of different sizes, breeds and personalities

● Provide updates to Nubbs&Tails; following visits when required

● Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with clients

● Represent Nubbs&Tails; professionally at all times

Requirements

● Previous dog-handling experience preferred

● Reliable and responsible





● Comfortable handling dogs of different sizes and personalities

● Able to work independently

● Excellent communication and time-management skills

● Reliable transportation required

● Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

● Must be available for weekday daytime walks

● Must be willing to provide a background check if required

Transportation and travel expenses are the responsibility of the successful candidate.

Schedule The position is adaptable and part-time, with the number of available walks varying based on weekly client bookings.

Client bookings for the following week are generally finalized on Friday, and your schedule will be provided at that time.
