- Greet patients and explain specimen collection procedures
- Perform phlebotomies and connect/disconnect holter monitors
- Conduct special test collections including drug screens
- Maintain records and process patient information accurately
- Prepare specimens for transportation and laboratory testing Requirements:
- Completed Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent experience
- Previous training in phlebotomy is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
