Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night guests, handling front desk responsibilities, financial reconciliations, and security checks.

Duties

- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, take reservations, and direct calls efficiently using professional phone etiquette.
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections of the premises, and responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies.
- Support guest services by addressing special requests, providing local information, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the night shift.




- Complete detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial records to uphold operational standards.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold hospitality standards and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all guests.

Requirements

- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality is preferred; hotel experience is highly valued.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for creating positive guest interactions.
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Solid attention to detail for financial audits, record keeping, and security checks.
- Comfortable working independently during night shifts in a rapid-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest services is advantageous.
- Computer skills and experience dealing with different types of software is a must.
