We are looking for a personable, dependable, high energy, committed, and organized individual who has exceptional customer service skills. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to work individually as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

- Greeting patients with a friendly and positive attitude
- Answering phone calls and answering any patient inquiries
- Scheduling appointments for patients in person or on the phone
- Collecting payments from patients
- Maintaining clinic standards of cleanliness and organization
- Submitting payments through third party providers
- Communication with ICBC and WCB regarding patient claims
