We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented cook and Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and support, you will also be helping make product. Your primary responsibility will be helping make product and being able to assist customers in finding the right products while ensuring a positive shopping experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.
- Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or retail environments is preferred.
- MUST be able to work evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
- A proactive attitude towards upselling and meeting sales targets.
- Food safety handling certification would be an asset.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
