Server — Part-Time

Compensation listed reflects a base wage of $18.25/hour plus average expected tips of $16–$20/hour.

We’re looking for an experienced, kind, and enthusiastic server to join our FOH team at Part & Parcel.

This is a part-time role with 2–3 regular shifts per week (8–12 hours). Shifts are a mix of days and evenings, Tuesday through Saturday. Thursday availability is required, along with some flexibility in scheduling.

We’re a small, dedicated team who value hospitality, hustle, teamwork, and taking pride in what we do. Our chefs work closely with local farmers and purveyors to create a globally inspired menu that’s always evolving.

Our service style is casual but polished. We care about great food and wine, but just as much about creating a warm, relaxed experience for our guests.

About You The ideal candidate will:

- Have at least 2 years’ serving experience in a similar restaurant environment
- Have demonstrated experience and confidence serving wine
- Hold a valid Serving It Right certificate
- Bring a genuine interest in food and wine, and enthusiasm for sharing that knowledge with guests
- Have a solid sense of hospitality and teamwork
- Be comfortable working in a small, collaborative setting where everyone helps with service, bartending, dishwashing, hosting,



running food, and whatever else is needed to keep service moving
