Winni Katsu is hiring a Part-Time Server / Front of House Team Member to join our team!

Winni Katsu is a locally owned Korean-style restaurant in Winnipeg, specializing in Korean-style katsu and Korean comfort food.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking team member who enjoys providing great customer service and working as part of a small, fast-paced team.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide friendly and attentive service
- Take dine-in, takeout, and phone orders accurately
- Operate the POS system and process payments
- Serve food and beverages
- Prepare and package takeout orders
- Assist customers with menu questions and recommendations
- Clear, clean, and reset tables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and front counter areas
- Restock front-of-house supplies as needed
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely service
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Follow food safety and restaurant procedures

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
- Smart Choices certification is an asset

Position: Part-Time Hours: Approximately 15–25 hours per week

Schedule: Weekdays, evenings, and weekends depending on availability

Compensation: $XX.XX/hour + tips
