The St-Patrick private seniors' residence, located near Cartier Street, is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager.Working with the Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming living workplace for our residents and staff. Your autonomy, versatility, and organizational skills will allow you to make a tangible contribution to the smooth daily operation of the residence.The Maintenance Manager performs minor maintenance tasks; CCQ certificationis not required! POSITION DESCRIPTION: Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours Salary: Starting at $27 per hour ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Actively participate in the life of the residence Adapt the facilities according to the seasons Be available to respond to emergencies Collaborating closely with management and internal teams Conduct regular inspections and ensure necessary follow-up. Maintaining common areas and facilities Make the necessary purchases for maintenance Perform any other related tasks associated with the maintenance service.
