Key Responsibilities

Customer Service and Sales Support

- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for farm and recreational equipment such as tractors, ATVs, lawnmowers, and utility vehicles.

- Provide expert advice on parts compatibility, usage, and maintenance to enhance customer experience.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, both in-person and over the phone.

Parts Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to reorder parts as needed to avoid shortages.





- Ensure the parts department is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Technical Knowledge and Problem Solving

- Understand the specifications and functions of various farm and recreational equipment parts.

- Diagnose customer issues by interpreting equipment problems and recommending appropriate parts or solutions.

- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure correct parts are available for repairs.

Administrative Duties
