Responsibilities

- Welcome clients, identify and respond to their needs;
- Offer information regarding warranties, prices, part quality, delivery times and payment methods;




- Submit quotes, follow up with clients and close sales;
- Complete internal supporting documents for all transactions (credits, invoices, work orders, etc.);
- Contact existing and current customers to communicate information on promotions;
- Support the service department (supply of parts for technicians);
- Coordinate repairs with the service manager to meet deadlines;
- Ensure optimal merchandising of products;
- Participate in inventory management;
- Take care of the delivery and shipping of products and ensure their efficient organization;
- Efficiently maintain workspaces;
- Comply with health and safety rules and regulations.
