Role Description The Parts Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Burlington, ON. This position is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, identifying required parts, and providing accurate pricing and availability information. Day-to-day tasks include processing orders, coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely inventory replenishment, and maintaining up-to-date records of parts, stock levels, and order status.

Specialist collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues, supports sales initiatives,



and works to enhance customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up. The role also involves recommending suitable parts and solutions that align with customer needs and company standards.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Inventory Control experience to manage stock levels, order accuracy, and parts availability.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling multiple orders and documentation.
- Basic technical understanding of conveyor and material handling systems, or willingness to learn.
- Proficiency with ERP or inventory management software and standard office applications.
- Previous experience in parts sales, industrial equipment, or a related field is an asset.
- Ability to work on-site in Burlington, ON, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Remuneration

- $60,000 - $70,000 per annum
