Parts & Service Advisor – Powersports

Revolution Powersports is looking for a Parts & Service Advisor to join our small team in Whistler.

We're looking for someone who enjoys dealing with people, knows their way around motorcycles, snowmobiles, ATVs or other powersports equipment, and isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.

This isn't a typical desk job. You'll be helping customers, writing up service work, looking up and ordering parts, receiving orders and working closely with our technicians. Every day is a little different.

What you'll be doing

- Helping customers in person, by phone and email
- Writing up service work and keeping customers updated
- Looking up, quoting and ordering parts
- Receiving and organizing incoming orders
- Scheduling service work
- Working with technicians to keep jobs moving
- Helping with retail and online orders when needed

What we're looking for

- Powersports, automotive, motorcycle or mechanical knowledge is a strong asset
- Parts or service advisor experience is an asset, but not necessarily required
- Comfortable talking with customers
- Organized and able to handle several things at once
- Good computer skills
- Reliable,



easy to work with and willing to help out
- A genuine interest in motorcycles, sleds, ATVs or the outdoors is a big plus
