We are only open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday. This position is for PM shifts only and to be considered candidates must have a minimum of 2 years restaurant experience. Enjoy regularly scheduled days off as we are closed on Sunday and Monday.

Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Executive Pastry Chef and Sous Chef a to coordinate and execute new dishes and guest experiences.
- Supporting pastry operations and execute high volume service while being knowledgeable of dietary restrictions and food allergies.
- Engage with the front of house team to ensure that the dining experience is coordinated and smooth
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, in compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:




- Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or in a qualified kitchen ideally with a experience in a role requiring leadership skills.
- Knowledge of various techniques and cuisines, including modern techniques and trends
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
