Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, cookies, and other desserts with precision and flair
- Decorate cakes and pastries using advanced cake decorating techniques to create visually stunning presentations
- Follow established recipes and food safety protocols to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as mixing, portioning, and assembling ingredients for various baked items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper food handling and packaging procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail




- Support the overall food industry standards by adhering to health regulations and safety guidelines at all times

Skills

- Proven experience in baking, pastry arts, or a similar food industry role with a focus on desserts and cake decorating
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety practices, and kitchen operations
- Excellent customer service skills to engage with guests positively when needed
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Skilled in food preparation techniques related to cooking, baking, and presentation
- Experience working in restaurants or hospitality settings is highly desirable
- Capable of managing multiple tasks such as packaging baked goods for retail or takeout orders
