MetCredit is hiring a full time Payroll Administrator for our downtown Edmonton office. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage our end-to-end payroll operations, track collector commission structures, and ensure compliance with CRA and provincial labor standards. The Role Reporting to the Senior Controller, you will own the semi-monthly payroll for over 150 staff member.

Responsibilities

- Process: Handle calculations for new hires, adjustments, and terminations.
- Compliance: Prepare ROEs via ROE Web and calculate source deductions.
- Reporting: Generate monthly reports and assist with audits.
- Support: Answer employee payroll and benefits inquiries.
- Tech Upgrade:



Help drive our active migration to UKG Ready.
- Security: Maintain strict confidentiality for all operations.

What You Bring
- Experience: 2+ years in a dedicated payroll role.
- Tech Stack: 1+ years of hands-on UKG Ready experience (required).
- Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Education: College diploma in a related field.
- Asset: PCP certification is a major plus.
