In this role, you will oversee payroll, employee advantages, pension administration, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. - Manage full-cycle payroll for faculty and staff
- Administer employee benefits and pension programs
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle
- Maintain confidential employee files and HRIS records
- Implement HR policies and ensure regulatory compliance Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of HR and payroll experience
- PCP designation preferred, CPHR an asset
