With 5-10 years of finance or accounting leadership experience, you will train and supervise a dedicated payroll team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and data integrity. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead payroll function with strategic governance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage payroll team’s workflow and training
- Conduct performance assessments annually
- Oversee month-end accruals and financial reconciliations Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Finance or equivalent
