Our client is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Tool & Equipment Attendant to support the daily operation of their tool and equipment program. This role is responsible for issuing, receiving, tracking, inspecting, maintaining, and organizing tools, equipment, PPE, and consumables to ensure project sites have the resources they need to work safely and efficiently. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

Issue and receive tools, equipment, PPE, and consumables Track tool and equipment inventory and maintain accurate records Conduct regular inventory counts and audits Inspect tools and equipment for damage, cleanliness, and serviceability Coordinate repairs and maintenance for tools and equipment Investigate missing or unreturned tools and equipment Ensure tools, equipment, and consumables are organized and properly stored Tool & Site Support





Fulfill site tool and equipment requests through Align (pick tickets) Process tools and equipment returns from project sites Assist employees with tool and equipment inquiries Support project sites by ensuring timely availability of required tools and equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized tool crib environment What You Bring

Experience in tool crib, warehouse, inventory control, construction, or equipment operations Robust organizational and record-keeping skills Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications Excellent customer service and communication skills Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, PPE, and safety requirements is an asset Ability to lift and move tools and equipment as required
