Work with our Catering Back of House team on a contract lasting until December 2026. Focus on high-quality food preparation while adhering to safety and sanitation protocols. You'll also provide support across kitchen operations and help maintain a clean, organized workspace, allowing guests to enjoy unforgettable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow event orders for food preparation
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and storage areas
• Comply with health standards and safety regulations
• Assist other kitchen positions as necessary
• Accept additional tasks to support team
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in culinary operations preferred
• Valid Alberta Food Secure Certification required
• Driver’s License for operating golf carts
• Red Seal Certificate is beneficial
• Ability to interpret catering function sheets
