POSITION SUMMARY: The People and Culture Programs Specialist is responsible for delivering and continuously improving enterprise-wide People & Culture programs that enhance employee engagement, culture, communication, and employee experience across NFI Group. This role partners with leaders and stakeholders to drive consistent, impactful programs that support employees throughout their lifecycle while advancing organizational goals and culture.

We are proudly named one of Manitoba's Top 25 employers WHAT YOU WILL DO: Support the development and execution of company-wide culture and employee engagement programs
Coordinate and maintain People & Culture communication frameworks, tools, templates, and standards across the organization
Measure program effectiveness and analyze engagement trends to provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
Support employee surveys, feedback initiatives,
and engagement action planning activities
Coordinate People & Culture presentations, leadership updates, and corporate communications initiatives
Assist with employee engagement events, recognition programs, fundraising campaigns, and other organizational initiatives
Support employee lifecycle programs, including onboarding, stay interviews, exit interviews, roundtables, and employee feedback processes
Partner with HR Operations and business stakeholders to enhance onboarding processes and employee experience programs
Analyze employee feedback and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of People & Culture policies, processes, and governance initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure policies and programs remain effective, compliant, and aligned with business needs
Assist with People & Culture budgeting, reporting, tracking, and program administration Requirements WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field
Experience supporting employee engagement, culture, communications, HR programs, or employee experience initiatives
Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop clear, engaging communications
Experience gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with leaders and stakeholders at all levels
Ability to influence and support change through effective communication and stakeholder engagement
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering an exceptional employee experience Physical & Workplace Requirements: Ability to work in an office environment with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
Occasional lifting or carrying of materials related to meetings, events, or employee programs
Ability to attend and support employee events and activities as required
