Your Role and MissionYou will be the driving force behind our HR strategy: attracting, retaining, and developing top-tier talent while strengthening a high-performance, people-centered, and results-oriented culture. You will build scalable processes, create meaningful employee experiences, and foster an environment where everyone can thrive.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition &

- Employer Branding

- Lead the full recruitment cycle for technical and operational roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Develop and strengthen EXKA's employer brand through social media, educational institutions, and community partnerships.
- Implement a structured and predictive interview process, including evaluation scorecards and culture and competency-based hiring criteria.

Onboarding & • Employee Experience
- Design and deliver a memorable and effective onboarding program that accelerates both performance and cultural integration.
- Measure and continuously improve the employee experience through feedback initiatives and career development pathways.

Development & • Performance Management
- Implement employee development programs, including performance reviews, training plans, and mentoring initiatives.
- Establish and manage individual and team objectives (OKRs/SMART goals) and facilitate continuous feedback cycles.





Retention & • Culture
- Create initiatives that drive employee engagement, including team events, recognition programs, and workplace rituals.
- Cultivate a strong, inclusive culture focused on accountability, ownership, and autonomy.

HR Operations & • Compliance
- Oversee health and safety programs.
- Manage payroll, employment agreements, employee relations matters, and administrative HR processes in collaboration with the administrative leadership team.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and HR best practices.

Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations, ideally within a startup or high-growth scale-up environment.

Skills
- Proven experience in technical recruitment.
- Experience designing and facilitating employee development and performance programs.
- Strong ability to implement and scale HR processes and systems.
