- Coordinate and supervise Community Support Workers in the field
- Develop and maintain care plans for Community Health Services




- Monitor policies of the Regulated Health Professions Act
- Market Community Health Services positively to the public
- Provide guidance on workplace Health and Safety Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent
- Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Computer proficiency in scheduling and documentation
