About the RoleTechnica is seeking a motivated Mining Engineer or Engineering Technologist with 5–10 years of underground mining experience to join our growing team in Sudbury, ON. In this role, the successful candidate will support project operations while contributing to mine design, scheduling, technical studies, and cost estimating. Experience in both operating mines and study work is considered a strong asset.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop underground mine designsPerform key tasks such as cut-off grade analysis, mining method selection and economic evaluationsBuild life of mine schedulesAssist with constructability reviewsPrepare capital and operating cost estimatesEngineering support for underground operations including development layouts, drilling layouts and blast designAssemble and submit project close out packagesQualifications5-10 years of underground mining experienceDegree or diploma in Mining Engineering or Mining Engineering TechnologyExperience in but not limited toMine planningMine schedulingTechnical studiesUnderground operations supportExperience with Deswik Software Suite is required (CAD, IS, DSO)BenefitsCompetitive salary: $125k to $160kComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, life,
