Duties

- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately
- Manage inventory by stocking shelves and monitoring medication supplies
- Enter prescription data into pharmacy systems with attention to detail
- Provide exceptional patient care by answering questions and offering guidance under supervision
- Verify prescription information and ensure compliance with medical standards
- Support administrative tasks such as billing, record keeping, and data entry
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety protocols




- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely medication delivery and patient satisfaction

Experience

- Prior hospital or pharmacy technician experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to medications and patient care
- Experience in medication administration or assisting with patient care is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and team members
- Willingness to learn about pharmacy operations, medication safety, and healthcare regulations
- Ability to fluently speak Mandarin or Cantonese will be an asset
