Responsibilities

- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications to patients and adjudicating insurance claims
- Answer phone calls, check voicemails, and respond to patient inquiries
- Maintain inventory of medications, supplies, and OTC products
- Enter, process, and fill prescription orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Maintain a clean and organized environment in pharmacy and front-store
- Using the POS (Point of Sale) system with precision

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a pharmacy assistant with proficiency in pharmacy dispensing software
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and dosage calculations
- Basic knowledge of pharmacy operations, including prescription processing and inventory management with pharmacy dispensing software
- Familiarity with pharmacy laws, regulations, and procedures




- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Skills:
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn and navigate pharmacy software efficiently
- Able to work in a team-oriented environment under the supervision of a pharmacist
- Ability to provide patient care, answer their questions, and address their concerns
