Are you looking for a leadership role that offers maximum flexibility? We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to provide maternity leave coverage in our Hague location starting December 1, 2026.

This position is designed for someone who wants to stay active in clinical practice and leadership without the burnout of a full time, high-volume schedule. With only three mornings a week, you’ll be finished by lunch, leaving your afternoons and the rest of your week entirely free.

● Low Volume & Local: We are a quiet, small-town pharmacy where you can focus on quality patient interactions rather than rushing through prescriptions.

● Always Supported: You will never work alone. You will always have a pharmacy assistant on site to manage the workflow and support daily operations.

● Optional Afternoon Hours: If you are seeking more than a part-time schedule, there is a possibility of adding afternoon hours at another nearby pharmacy. We are happy to discuss this during the interview.

Clinical Services & Responsibilities

● Clinical Care: Lead our vaccination program (public and private) and provide Minor Ailment prescribing for our local residents.

● Managerial Oversight: Serve as the Pharmacy Manager of record,



ensuring all SCPP standards and provincial regulations are met.

● Community Focus: Provide the personalized, friendly care that our small-town patients expect and appreciate.

Qualifications

● Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP).

● Must meet all SCPP requirements for Pharmacy Managers.

● Valid Advanced Method Certification (AMC) for injections.

● Level 1 Prescriptive Authority for Minor Ailments.
