As Pharmacy

Manager, you will guide a skilled pharmacy team in delivering exceptional care across Sobeys, Safeway, Thrifty Foods, and more. This role requires you to effectively implement pharmacy programs, manage staffing, and exceed both patient and operational expectations. Your leadership will inspire a positive workplace culture while actively supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Build strong team relationships and promote a supportive environment
- Execute patient service programs, driving sales and managing labor




- Ensure company regulations and policies are adhered to
- Coach staff on delivering exceptional customer service
- Champion a positive, inclusive pharmacy culture Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
- Licensed pharmacist in valuable standing with the provincial authority
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
- Injection and First Aid certification
