The managers of the EngSoc Communications teams organize and respond to media service requests of the society. They are responsible for the hiring and management of members of the photography, videography, and marketing teams. They delegate tasks to their teams to ensure service and marketing guidelines are followed.
These managers should be friendly faces of the society, who have robust leadership and organizational skills. We are currently hiring one Photography Team Co-Manager. The specific responsibilities of the photography co-managers include:
- Communicate with clients to fulfil team headshots, group photos, and event coverage requests
- Work with co-manager to oversee the hiring, training, and management of photography team members, conducting bi-weekly team meetings
- Work creatively with the photography team to plan and execute initiatives and in-house projects
This position reports to the Director of Communications.
